Mom! Where are we going to spend our holidays? said Amna, a twelve year old girl. At the same time Ahmad her elder brother of fifteen came in the room and said, “Mom we went to live at our aunts’ last holidays, now where shall we go? “I know where we can go! , said Hafsa, with an excited look on her face. Where? , asked Amna and Ahmad and looked enquiringly at Hafsa, their sister who was thirteen year old. “To Murree, of course, it will be a very good change to go over there and I am longing to see Murree, Come on mom, be a sport and say yes” Yes Mom! It’s a smashing idea, what do you think?” said Amna excitedly. “Well, as I see your excited face, I haven’t the heart to say no, but we’ll have to ask your father about it”, said Mom. When their father heard this, he himself was quite inclined to go, “Hmmm, As I have got my leaves from office, it will be quite good for all of us to spend our time somewhere and I think Murree is an absolutely wonderful idea”. “Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!”,chanted Amna, and sped off to reveal the news. After hearing the news Ahmad and Hafsa ran downstairs to ask mother for the preparations. Their mother laughed and said, “Now don’t get so excited, and yes, start packing your things, take your warm things with you because it may be summer over here but you never know about the northern Pakistan. So the packing began and it was the most difficult task for the children and they longed for it to be over, at last it was over so they began to talk eagerly.”Wow! I never thought of going to Murree, said Amna, “I bet it will be fun”, chimed in Hafsa “What with the travelling, then unpacking and then picnicking with extremely beautiful scenery of Murree it’s going to be grand”, said Ahmad.
Next day, the family put all their suitcases in the taxi and drove off to the Karachi airport, arriving there they sat in the aero plane, After some time they arrived at Islamabad , from there they drove to the nearest hotel for a night’s rest, They had planned to live in their aunts house , who had already invited them for a holiday. This night they slept in their rooms at the hotel and the children dreamt of their new vacations and what a wonderful time they were going to have.
Indeed this was going to be their memorable holiday ever!!!!!!!!!!!
Story: The Magic World
One day my mother and I decided to go to park. My mother cooked some sandwiches and packed them in a basket. When we reached the park, everyone was playing, even the old aged. Me and my mother sat on a bench and started to eat the sandwiches. The sandwiches were very tasty so i ate all the sandwiches. When i was going to take the swing someone pushed me. I was fainted, when i opened my eyes i found myself in a neat and clean park. There i saw an elephant wearing boots, a gorilla wearing glasses, a lion wearing pants, a dog having beard and a giraffe wearing sweater. I was laughing when i saw those things. A cat told me that all the animals in this park could talk. I was very glad because all the animals in this park were friendly. They were not fighting at all. Suddenly a tornado came towards me and i was fainted again. This time when i opened my eyes i found myself in the park where me and my mother went. I told the whole story to my mother but she did not believe it at all and scolded me for being late. I will never forget that daySmile.
Story: No excuse for Namaz
It was a rainy day, and nobody was in the Mosque, except Amir. He was a small boy who thought that without Namaz, his life was incomplete. Suddenly the gatekeeper said, "Amir, what are you doing here?" I am offering the Zohar prayer."But Amir, nobody has come, so why have you come, especially on this cold day"?"?Uncle, if other people haven't come, why should I do the same"? And with these words he went away.
Many years passed, and the children who had not come to pray in the Mosque had become toilet cleaners or sweepers, but Amir had become an engineer. So that was how ALLAH had rewarded this good boy with success. So we should always pray like Amir and get rewarded.
Story: The Mystery of The Museum
Detective Ronald was sitting in his bedroom when he suddenly glanced at the evening newspaper. What he saw in the newspaper, gave him a shock.
The big headline said “valuable things stolen from the museum, Ancient bones disappeared in the night”
As soon as Ronald saw this, immediately telephoned his two detective friends sir roger and peter. He told them to come to his office as soon as possible. After a while the two men came. Ronald showed them newspaper, they too were also very shocked that how could anyone steal such valuable things in the night.
Well, the three men went to the museum to investigate. The owner of the museum’s name was Robert. Many police had investigated the museum but could not find anything. Robert himself was very worried and begged Ronald to find the thief. Ronald and his men also investigated the museum five times but could not find anything. There was a victim found (he was a guard) the guard was questioned by many police officers but was unable to tell anything. He only said “That it was middle of the night and I was having a cool drink of water when suddenly two men came in a truck. One man tied me with a rope and covered his face so he could not see anything. Other one broke the locks of the museum.”
The guard was not really hurt except had some bruises. He was also arrested by the police for some days.
Well, nothing happened for a day or two. Then on the third day the phone bell rang. It was from peter “What is it peter, why are you in such a hurry? Asked Ronald”
“Ronald did you read the evening newspaper? Asked peter in a very alarmed tone.
“No, anything new in it, asked Ronald”
“Well there was another robbery at the museum and many more valuable items were stolen, please come to the museum as soon as possible, said Peter and now even the guard has run away.
“Oh! No! said Ronald can’t believe it, ok I am coming. Ronald nearly kicked himself for not guarding the museum and there was another robbery and the guard disappeared and now they hadn’t a clue. He was in a very bad temper.
He again searched the museum with his friend for clues this time they had a little luck, for on the floor was someone’s ID card which they later found out that it was of the guard, the address of the guard was written but was in another language which they learned was French then a very hard and busy time came for Ronald and his men. After a lot of searching, they succeeded and finally found a man who could speak both French and English. They took him to Ronald’s office and he translated the address in English. The address was “House No. 15. St. Peter Street, London.”
They went to the guard’s house and soon arrested him. First he wouldn’t tell anything. But after some time he gave the game away. He said that he had lied to him and some men had given him money to do this job. Ronald also arrested two other men. But they were too late. The men had sold all things to other countries.
There was a deep silence which was broken by the shouting of Robert (the museum owner). He was very angry with the men for selling the valuable thing and was about to hit them with a hammer when Ronald stopped him. A last, however Robert got all the money which the men got when they sold the things. Total amount was fifty millions dollars. The thieves were taken into prison and were never heard of. Ronald and his two detective friends also got an award of forty thousand dollars for solving this case.

Story: When I Lost a Friend
The moment I stepped into my deep, tear filled thoughts, I felt broken hearted. What’s left with me is a handful of wonderful memories with her. Always by my side, she, used to hold my back, made me laugh when it was even hard to smile, gave me hope when I had none, hold me up when I was down, had trust in me when I forgot to trust myself, gave me a hand to increase my strength, shared all my pain and was a major reason behind my every smile.
I still remember those rejoicing days when I used to see her smiling face and glittering eyes. Then, a day came when it all vanished and was nothing more than just sorrowful memories. At that time I remembered a quote which states- it’s sad when the person who gave you the best memories, becomes a memory! That exactly what happened and she left me alone in this world which, all of a sudden, seemed so dull. The day she left is still alive in my head like a nightmare and I don’t know how to stop my tears back inside.
It started like this… I was suffering from a very bad flu and had taken two weeks off from school. During this time, my friend, so nearer to my heart, became a victim in an accident and was in a critical condition. The time, when I saw her the very last time shall never leave my head. Seeing her, only words that escaped my mouth was... ‘No,’ I cried, ‘you can’t leave me. I need you. Please!’ .But it was of no use. Just before leaving, she whispered her last golden words into my ear and tears rolled down my cheeks. She said, ‘everyone have to go one day and I guess my day is today but remember I’ll always be with you, in your heart and we’ll surely meet again-in paradise!’
She was a medicine of my all illness, a light in my darkness, comfort in my tension, helper in my difficulties. But most importantly she was a rainbow in my life, though gone now, just couldn’t be replaced!

Life is mysterious and yet so beautiful, it is completely filled with magic. There are times when we think that it is horrible and terrible, but this happens only for a matter of time and soon we realize this for ourselves that it is beautiful and magical. There are times when we feel alone and it mostly happens when our hearts are broken and when this happens we just feel alone as if no one wants us and everybody thinks of us as a useless burden on their shoulders but as long as we know that who we are and what we really want nothing will affect us and soon we will be back to life. Albus Camus once wrote that "Blessed are the hearts that can bend, they shall never be broken" but Lucas Scott and i wonder that if there is no breaking then there is no healing and if there is no healing then there is no learning and if there is no learning then there is no struggle and life is all about struggle because without struggle we cannot achieve the aim of our life and then we certainly will never be able to reach our destiny. The main point of writing this article is that we get life only once and that we should enjoy it.

Story: Dolfy The Dolphin
One day a dolphin named Dolfy, who was very sad, had lost his family. He lost his family close to shore. This happened about a year ago off the coast of the Arabian Sea, where it all started.
Two Years later , Dolfy went looking for his parents. He woke up and went to the surface for air. When he came back, he saw a squid lurking under a bit of fiery red coral. Dolfy asked, "Have you seen any dolphins around here lately? The squid answered, "No, the last time I've seen a dolphin around here must have been. . . .well I don't know. Why, are you looking for someone?"
"Well yes, I lost my parents about a year ago and I haven't been able to find them since. Do you think you could help me?" questioned the dolphin.
"Why yes, I don't have anything to do. I may as well," replied the squid.
So they set off in search of his family. As time went by Dolfy learned a lot more about the squid and the squid learned a lot more about the dolphin. Farther on into the trip they met a whale named Tony. Tony was kind and helped out a lot on the trip. Even though whales eat squid Tony didn't eat the squid. He wasn't like the other whales. Tony was nice and ate plankton (a little plant). He ate plankton because he was a baleen whale.
Two days later something terrible happened. Something happened to the squid. It was something terrible. The squid died. During the night, a toothed killer whale came by while they were sleeping. This slowed down the process of looking for the parents. It took the two a couple of weeks to recover from the death of their friend. Then they moved on.
A few days later something else happened. Except this something was good. They reached a wonderful land with all dolphins and enough fish to last for a lifetime.
"So I guess this is it. I guess this is where you have to leave," commented Dolfy.
"I guess so," replied Tony.
"Well good-bye, " Dolfy exclaimed.
"Good-bye. I hope we meet again. So they left. Dolfy was on his own now and there was no stopping him from finding his parents.
The next day Dolfy spotted someone familiar. It was his uncle. Dolfy went up to him and said, "Do you know where mom and dad are?"
"Yes, as a matter a fact I do. They're in the cove over by the school of fish." So Dolfy went over to them and lived happily ever after. As for Tony, he went back home and lived happy to age 17.
Story: Two Frogs
A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them
fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit
was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The
two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit
with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop,
that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took
heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down
and died.
The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again,
the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die. He
jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the
other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?" The frog explained to
them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the
entire time.
This story teaches two lessons:
1. There is power of life and death in the tongue. An encouraging
word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it
through the day.
2. A destructive word to someone who is down can be what it takes
to kill them.
Be careful of what you say. Speak life to those who cross your
path. The power of words... it is sometimes hard to understand
that an encouraging word can go such a long way. Anyone can speak
words that tend to rob another of the spirit to continue in
difficult times. Special is the individual who will take the time
to encourage another

“Holly! Wake up sweetie. It’s getting late for breakfast. It’s already been 9 pm. Come on!” shouted Holly’s mom. “What? 9 pm? Crap! I am late again for collage.” Said Holly in a worried position. “Don’t you remember Its Sunday today and your collage is off.” Commented her mom. Holly relaxed and said, “Oh yess! Thank God or I thought I would miss my classes again.” “Okay now get rinsed quickly and come downstairs for breakfast”. Said Holly’s mother. “Okay mom” replied Holly. Holly was a beautiful teen girl. She was tall, skinny and smart and was famous for her beauty all around, between her friends, family, collage and whosoever she had a relationship with. She had brown hair with streaks and almond shaped eyes. She was really a sweet person with an affable character. Not just by her looks but because of her inspiring personality she was famous too. She was a obliging person and was kind to everyone. Holly got ready and went downstairs to eat her breakfast. “Holly! Your dad is gonna be retired in few years. Now it’s on you to find a job and earn money” said her mother. “But father is only 42 now and, “said Holly. “Yeah I know! But now there is more demand for new young employees you see”, Said her mother cutting of Holly. “ Okay! I will,” said Holly. “I want you to do this as soon as possible and find a good job with a good salary”, Claimed her mom. “Okay! I will try. I am finished mom I better leave now. Mimi must be waiting for me.” Replied Holly. “Okay!” said her mother. Holly left and her mom and dad continued eating their breakfast. Holly first decided to find a good job and then go in the party. She commanded her driver to take her to ‘James Industries Ltd’ office where her father worked as it would be easy to get a job because her father worked there and they are demanding for new employees too. Her driver took her to that office. She took her files and went inside. ‘Hello sir ! I am Holly’, introduced Holly to the boss. ‘Holly?’ asked the boss. ‘Holly Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan’s daughter.’ described Holly. ‘Oh Holly come sit. Your father had been a fantastic employee. So how can we help you?’, said the boss. ‘Actually sir I came here to get a job. If you could give me? As my father is getting retired and my mother is also old aged so I am the one to take care of the family’, said Holly. ‘Well okay you have to pass a test if you’ll clear it the job is all yours. You seem to be an astute girl’, said the boss skimming the files of Holly. ‘Okay sir! When will the test start?’ said Holly. ‘In a few minutes! Till then you can sit there’, commented her boss. Holly sat on the bench suddenly a man called her name ‘Ms. Holly? She stood up and went inside and after a few minutes she passed the test. She was very happy and wanted to share her happiness with someone. She dialled her mother’s number. “Mom! Mom I got a job”, said the overjoyed Holly. ‘Really? I can’t believe it .Where?’ questioned her mother. ‘At the same place where dad had’, answered Holly. ‘Oh that’s good’, said her mom. ‘Okay bye! I am getting late for the party’, said Holly and put off her phone. Holly quickly went in the party. She found her friends there and had a lot of fun with them. As she was dancing a girl threw acid on her face, which was then fired and destroyed, and that girl escape off like a tiger so nobody could see her. Holly cried a lot and hid her face quickly with a cloak and went to her mom. She told her mother the whole story and also told from now she won’t even step out of the house. Her mother keep telling her beauty isn’t how you look like or your appearances but it is about how your heart is , your personality but she always said whatever she is because of her appearances. Because of no money or income Holly’s family was getting poor day by day and starving. They even need to sell their old home from which thousands of memories were bind. One day Holly was sitting beside the window, seeing the scenario outside, suddenly one young girl passed who had no hands neither legs, she was sitting on a wood plank with wheels on sides asking for money and keep saying’ Please give me money.. My parents are old aged, we have nothing to eat please..’ Holly realized that they even have no money and Holly can easily have a job but because only she is no more beautiful she isn’t even steeping outside and look at that girl who don’t have hands and legs what about her.. She also does feel the same but because only for her family she is doing this.. Earning money for her parents... How can she be so selfish.. Holly whispered ‘enough is enough now. I am so blessed, I didn’t even realise.. Now i am going to earn for my family... Mom was right.’ Holly found a job and earned a good income and they brought their old home back also and Holly made a hospital in which people used to come and have free treatments.
